Accessibility

Last updated: February 2026

FreeQuest Academy is dedicated to offering courses and an educational environment that are accessible to people with disabilities.

If any part of our courses or website content is not accessible to you because of a disability, please contact us with a clear description of the issue so we can provide assistance.

Usability and Accessibility Policy Web accessibility means designing websites and web applications so people of all abilities — including those with disabilities — can use them. We aim to ensure all users have equal access to the information and features in our materials and to align with global web standards established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We are committed to making FreeQuest Academy and our websites accessible to individuals with disabilities and to meeting recognized standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at AA conformance.

Assistive Technology and Disability Services We partner with schools and districts worldwide, a path that is built with accessibility in mind and designed to work well with assistive technologies.

If you are enrolled in FreeQuest Academy and have questions about assistive technology or disability services for students, please contact your administrator who provided your login credentials.

For information about supported platforms and system requirements, please visit our Technical Support page for detailed specifications.

Feedback We welcome feedback to help improve learning for everyone. If you encounter an assessment that needs improvement, choose “Submit a Problem Fix” under the Help tab. Teachers can view student work, select the problematic item, and click “Submit a Problem Fix.” These submissions are sent anonymously to our Course Developers and are reviewed for course improvements; individual replies are not provided.

If you have other accessibility concerns or suggestions to improve FreeQuest Academy, please let us know.
